Refund policy

Paintings:

Because my original paintings are unique, I do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. If your painting arrives damaged or faulty due to transit, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. I will arrange a refund.

Fine Art Prints:

Fine art prints are standard products and you have the right to return them within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if you change your mind under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without any damage.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the prints unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds:

• Once I receive the returned prints and confirm their condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price.

• I do not refund the original shipping cost unless the prints are damaged or faulty on arrival.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us at smakateart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. I will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
